GENERAL
TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
- Reservations and prices cannot be obtained through enquiries by telephone or social media.
- Reservations can be made in person, in writing or by e-mail.
- We will hold your room for two days after making you an offer.
- On weekends, a minimum stay of two nights is required.
- For single night stays, there is a surcharge of € 5,- per person, with a minimum of € 10,-.
- Pets are allowed only on request and for a fee, with a maximum of two per booking.
- We have the right to refuse pets without giving any reason.
- For the WEC, the 24 Hours of Spa, and F1 Spa-Francorchamps, we require full payment as a deposit; however, the cancellation conditions remain in effect.
- For reservations, 30% of the quoted reservation price, with a minimum of € 54,-, is required as a deposit.
- The reservation is only final when the deposit has been received by us.
- Full payment is due three (3) weeks prior to the start of the stay.
- When booking within three (3) weeks before the start date, the entire amount must be paid at once.
- All payment costs must be paid by the customer.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to four (4) weeks before arrival.
- Thirty (30) percent of the quoted reservation price is non-refundable when cancelling within four (4) weeks before arrival.
- The full amount is non-refundable when cancelling within two (2) weeks before arrival.
- If one or more nights of a stay of two or more nights are cancelled within the above-mentioned period, the cancelled night(s) are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of a single-night stay does not trigger the one-night surcharge.
- We reserve the right, if the deposit has not been paid, to consider this as a cancellation.
- We reserve the right, if the full amount is not paid in time, to consider this as a cancellation.
