GENERAL

TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

terms of reservation

Reservations can be made in person, in writing or by e-mail.

No reservation can be deduced by inquiries via telephone or social media.

During weekends a minimum of two nights is required.

For single night stays, there is a surcharge of € 5,- per person, with a minimum of € 10,-.

Pets are allowed, only on request and for a fee, with a maximum of 2 per booking.

We have the right to refuse pets without giving any reason.

deposit and payment

For reservations, 30% of the offered reservation price, with a minimum of € 54, - is required as a deposit.

The reservation is only final when the deposit has been received by us.

Full payment is due three (3) weeks prior to the start of the stay.

When booking within three (3) weeks before the start date, the entire amount must be paid at once.

All costs of payment are to be payed by the customer.

terms of cancellation

Cancellation free of charge up to four (4) weeks before commencement.

Thirty (30) percent of the offered reservation price is deemed nonrefundable when cancelling within four (4) weeks before commencement.

The complete amount is deemed nonrefundable when cancelling within two (2) weeks before commencement.

In case of a cancellation of one or more nights within the above criterium of a two- or more night stay, the cancelled night(s) is(are) non-refundable.

Cancellation of the single night stay does not invoke the one night surcharge.

We reserve the right, if the deposit has not been paid, to consider this as a cancellation.
