TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

wonderbox and vivabox gift card

terms of reservation
  • Reservations can be made in person, in writing or by e-mail.
  • No reservation can be deduced by inquiries via telephone or sociale media.
  • Reservations with a Wonderbox or Vivabox Gift card can only be made two weeks before the starting date.
  • During weekends a minimum of two nights is required.
  • Gift cards from Vivabox and Wonderbox cannot be used during the holidays.
  • The night of the Vivabox or Wonderbox Gift card is always the night with the cheapest rate.
  • A surcharge of € 10,- applies for a one-night stay.
  • With a combination reservation of gift card/extra days, the respective reservations fall each under its own reservation conditions.
  • With a combination reservation of gift card/2+days, the gift card reservation night is not included in the 2+days offer.
  • Other offers are not possible in combination with aViva- or Wonderbox gift card.
  • Pets are allowed on request and for a fee, with a maximum of 2 per booking.
  • We have the right to refuse pets without giving any reason.
  • With a combination reservation of Gift card / extra days, the different days are each subject to their own terms of reservation.
  • A reservation with a Viva-, Wonderbox is non-refundable.
  • The intrinsic value of your Gift card is calculated by means of the card number and the activation code and used as a deposit.
  • For reservations, 30% of the applicable room rate, with a minimum of € 54, - is required as a deposit.
  • A valid Gift card has a value of 66% of the sales amount set by Wonderbox, Vivabox, Gift Box or Bongobox.
  • The reservation is only final when the deposit has been received by us.
  • Full payment is due three (3) weeks prior to the start of the stay.
  • When booking within three (3) weeks before the start date, the entire amount must be paid at once.
  • Gift cards must be physically handed to us upon arrival.
  • If you cannot hand over the card, we are entitled to the applicable full price of your stay and / or consumption.
  • All costs of payment are to be payed by the customer.
  • We are not obliged to verify the validity of your Gift card.
  • If your Gift card appears to be over the date on arrival, we will charge the full room price.
  • For single night stays, there is a surcharge of € 5,- per person, with a minimum of € 10,-.
  • Breakfast is included in the full room rate.
  • If your Gift card appears to have expired on arrival and if you do not wish to stay as a result, the cancellation conditions as stated below apply.
  • A reservation with a Viva- or Wonderbox is non-refundable.
  • Only if you are unable to come because we have to be closed due to the Covid measures, a full refund is possible.
  • If you are not in possession of the correct papers required by the authorities (G2) to stay overnight at ours, and you are refused entry as a result, no refund will be given.

  • Cancellation costs are calculated on the applicable full room rate.
  • We reserve the right, if the down payment is not paid, to consider this as a cancellation.
